Between our shops, our 24/7 mobile road service units, and our national fleet contracts, our dispatch team hands off medium-duty and heavy-duty tows every single week. Those tows go to vetted outside towing companies. We are building a standing network of professional, insured towers we can call first — by shop, by corridor, and by equipment capacity.

- No guarantee of business. Acceptance into the MTG Towing network is an offering of opportunity only — it is not a guarantee of any volume of tows, revenue, or exclusivity. Approved providers are given the opportunity to accept or decline each tow offered by MTG Shops dispatch.
- Rate transparency. Rates submitted and confirmed at approval are the rates quoted to MTG Shops contract customers. Your company name and the rates being charged are disclosed to those customers. Rate changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed by MTG Shops before they apply to any dispatched tow.
- Insurance & compliance. The towing company must hold and continuously maintain, at minimum, the state-required insurance limits for the capacity and class of equipment being towed, plus a valid USDOT number and all applicable operating authority. Lapsed coverage suspends network eligibility immediately.
- Professional standards. Providers are expected to respond with qualified operators and properly rated equipment, communicate ETAs to MTG Shops dispatch, and conduct themselves professionally on scene with our customers, drivers, and law enforcement.
- Independent contractor. The towing company operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship with MTG Shops — Mobile Transportation Group Inc.
- The towing company agrees to bill MTG Shops directly for all dispatched tows.
- MTG Shops remits payment within 15 days of an accepted, documented invoice, less a 10% network/administration fee.
- Invoices must reference the MTG Shops dispatch/ticket number and include the confirmed approved rates.
- A valid reference number issued by MTG Shops is required for every tow — no reference number, no billable dispatch.
- Photos of the unit at pickup and at drop must be submitted with the invoice to safeguard both parties.
- A detailed invoice is required, itemizing all charges against the approved rate structure.
- Invoices must be submitted within 72 hours of the tow.
