A breakdown is expensive enough — a tow adds to it. Our first move is always to send a mobile mechanic and try to fix the unit roadside, in the yard, or at the jobsite. Most no-starts, air leaks, brake faults, and tire failures can be solved where the truck sits.
But some failures can't be fixed on the shoulder, and some can't be fixed at all without a shop. When that's the situation, we don't leave you stranded. We get a wrecker headed your way, tow the unit to the Brush shop, and the repair work starts from there.
Our goal is to avoid the tow. We only recommend one when repair on-site isn't a safe or realistic option.
